    At Yulje Hospital, full of countless stories of various patients, the five friends who went to medical school together gather again as they turn 40.

    Lee Ik-jun (Cho Jung-seok) is a genius among geniuses, and he is part of the hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery department. The pediatric surgeon Ahn Jung-won (Yoo Yeon-seok) is an angel that would put Schweitzer in awe. Kim Joon-wan (Jung Kyung-ho) is a thoracic surgeon referred to as the crazy devil of the hospital. The obstetrician-gynecologist Yang Seok-hyung (Kim Dae-myung) is a self-outcast. Chae Song-hwa (Jeon Mi-do) is a neurosurgeon looked up to by all her fellows. These friends are doctors who share their youth and find comfort in simply talking to each other. Even if they've been surgeons for ten years, they still get nervous before surgery and have growing pains even at the age of 40. Like always, they learn, get hurt, and grow with the patients in the hospital.

    This humanist medical story depicts the chemistry of a 20-year-old friendship of five friends who understand what one another is thinking by just looking at them. This relatable story will warm your heart and tear your eyes in an era where even a little warmth is precious.
